Role Overview: The HR Administrator will play a vital role in our Head Office, supporting a wide range of HR activities. This position is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are keen to develop their HR expertise in a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment activities such as CV screening, interviewing, and coordinating communications with candidates.
  • Generate and manage employee contracts and documentation with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with training requirements.
  • Oversee the Garda Vetting process and assist with accommodation and visa applications for employees.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide administrative support for various HR projects.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Robust administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Previous experience in HR or a related field.
