Role Overview:



As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will act as the primary contact for all new and existing clients and will actively contribute to the team in handling all client queries in an efficient and professional manner.



Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Resolve and manage our daily caseload through Sales Force
  • Answer calls on the Doctors' Line and advise and resolve where possible
  • Provide support to clients and other personnel to ensure they fully understand the Medserv website, App, and ways of sending information to us
  • Manage the onboarding of new clients and own the full process end-to-end
  • Follow up on all outstanding documentation required from a Consultant/3rd party to ensure successful registration
  • Liaise with colleagues to support requests they have in resolving client queries
  • Update teams as new clients join us or their account is updated in some way that will impact the processing of their work
  • Engage with Ops & Sales colleagues for the onboarding of new clients
  • Run checks on Client accounts for activity levels
  • Fix any issues that a client may flag with us and ensure engagement from colleagues to aid this
  • Keep in touch with clients on a regular basis to ensure they are aware of all services Medserv offers and any new developments in-house that can enhance their engagement with us.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent telephone skills and the confidence to deal with clients and all callers to resolve issues
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Previous office experience essential
  • CRM software familiarity is ideal but training will be provided
  • Dedicated to thoroughness and accuracy
  • Confident decision maker and happy to make suggestions around efficiency and smarter ways of working for us and clients
