About Us: The Blue Haven Hotel in the heart of Kinsale is a renowned, stylish boutique hotel with a strong focus on excellent customer service. As part of the Blue Haven Collection, we are committed to delivering memorable experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking a Night Porter to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth running of the hotel during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Assistance: Provide exceptional service to in-house guests during the night, addressing any requests or concerns promptly.
Overnight Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout public areas, ensuring the hotel looks its best for the following day.
Residence Bar Support: Assist in the residence bar, serving guests in accordance with hotel policy.
Security: Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and its guests overnight by conducting regular checks and responding to any disturbances or emergencies.

Key Requirements:

Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the hotel during night shifts.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A flexible and proactive approach to duties.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, though full training will be provided.
Fluent in English.
