Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Assistance: Provide exceptional service to in-house guests during the night, addressing any requests or concerns promptly.
- Overnight Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout public areas, ensuring the hotel looks its best for the following day.
- Residence Bar Support: Assist in the residence bar, serving guests in accordance with hotel policy.
- Security: Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and its guests overnight by conducting regular checks and responding to any disturbances or emergencies.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the hotel during night shifts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A flexible and proactive approach to duties.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable, though full training will be provided.
- Fluent in English.
