To cover for a parental leave, we are currently looking for an:

Account Payable A/P Officer (fixed-term)

Key responsibilities:

• Check whether the vendor exists in the “Masterfile” and, if so, create the vendor in the tool
• Collect and centralise all invoices
• Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Collect approvals according to invoice type and liaise with dedicated teams
• Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions.
• Check the organization's cash balance and, if necessary, liaise proactively with the team leader
• Encode the invoice in the Bob50 tool
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Liaise with the team leader to ensure timely transfer to the cash team

The profile:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 2 to 5 years of Luxembourg experience in a similar position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Team-player with a hands-on mentality
• Ability to work independently and accurately and good organizational skills
• Pro-active and service minded
• Detail oriented and flexibility to respond to and adapt to changes
• A knowledge of Bob50 would be a plus
