Your mission

• Providing support for the FATCA/CRS Manager
• Supporting the preparation of annual FATCA/CRS due diligence and reporting
• Contributing to the FATCA/CRS review of shareholders
• Develop better understanding of the respective laws and regulations surrounding the topic
• Keep informed about any new changes occurring in the law
• Liaising with third parties including banks, clients, tax/legal advisors, shareholders, the local tax authority
• Updating and maintaining the company database and trackers
• Learn to handle ad-hoc requests
• Performing administrative tasks including the execution, storage and archiving of documentation

Your profile

• Higher education in Tax, Business Administration or related field
• Professional experience in Tax or related field
• Previous experience working in Luxembourg desirable
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, XML knowledge desirable
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Team Player but ability to work autonomously
• Responsible and Accountable
• Keen interest to grow in the field of FATCA/CRS
• Fluent in English, French or German are considered an asset
