Location: UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya
Job Type: Part-Time (6-Month Contract)
Working Hours: 4 hours/day, Monday - Friday
Job Overview: We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not required.
- Language Skills: Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Availability: Able to work 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our services.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of customer service.
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
