Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service Representative (6-Month Contract)
Salary: RM15 per hour

Working Days: 5 days, 2 days off
Working Hours: 4 hours / day
Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Language Skills: Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Feedback Collection: Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our services.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of customer service.
