Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Working hour: 9am to 9pm / 9pm to 9am
• Working days : 4 days a week and 3 off days
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Job scope: Handle inbound calls and email enquiries.

Responsibility

• Deal directly with customers via inbound calls and email enquiries
• Records & answer to customer inquiries
• Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries
