Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative work in a large organisation, preferably in Human Resources, or related relevant environment;
- Sound experience with MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, MS Share Point, MS Word);
- Experience working with other HR systems used by NCIA such as Oracle EBS, Taleo (or a comparable ATS) and HR ticketing systems.
- Supporting HR Staff Services on various administrative processes related to employee life cycle across the 4 main locations;
- Providing constructive suggestions to improve office procedures and actively contributing to existing organizational structure and procedures to maximise use of resources and encourage innovation;
- Performing other duties as may be required.
