Business Analyst
TIP Group is seeking a strategic and analytical individual to join our new venture focused on the digitization of logistics fleets and workshops. As a Business Analyst, you will play an important role in shaping the future of the business by analyzing, executing, and reporting on strategic initiatives.

What you will be doing
As a Business Analyst, you will work directly with the leadership team in defining and executing the strategic roadmap for our new venture in the electrification and digitization of logistics fleets and workshops. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, developing business models, and optimizing operations to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
• Structure information and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders adjusting tone of voice depending on audience (e.g. trailer workshop and c-level)
• Advise leads of different work streams on key decisions related to product, sales, and marketing strategy.
• Measure and analyze the impact of strategic initiatives on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven track record in a strategy consulting role (minimum 2 years), demonstrating an understanding of strategic frameworks and methodologies
  
• A master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, innovation management, or similar
  
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Mandatory. Any other European language is a distinct advantage.
  
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business models and financial metrics
  
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, and highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Team player, able to work and communicate closely with peers in cross-functional and international teams to reach common goals
  
• Comfortable with taking initiative in an agile context
  
• Willingness to travel to stakeholders across the Netherlands
  
• Experience in the transportation, logistics, or fleet management industry is a plus
