MCA Engineering Netherlands is an ambitious and fast-growing high-tech engineering and consulting organization. Originally French, but now operating in Europe, the secondment of engineers and IT specialists focuses on the design and implementation of innovative systems for large-scale industrial projects. The NL office is located in Eindhoven, but the ambition is to open multiple locations in the Netherlands. Your Missions

Summary:
In the fascinating and challenging role of Business Manager, you are responsible for bringing in new projects, ensuring that you recruit the consultants that are needed and you -as their employer- ensure that your team of consultants feel 'happy' at MCA and wants to commit to it, so that you can continue to use them on the various projects. This means that you must earn your spurs in the field of sales, recruitment and in the field of people manager. As a Business Manager you will work closely with your Senior Business Unit Manager, who will coach you, along with some of the other Business Managers, in your daily work and help you progress to the next step in your career.

The daily practice of this position:Your focus is on building your own business unit. From the plan of attack written by you, you will edit your focus market, add new clients to your portfolio, find the qualified people who can be deployed within the projects and manage and develop this team of consultants. An incredibly versatile and therefore challenging position, in which you can show many sides of your qualities.

The person we have in mind:

• Has at a senior level at least 2 years of commercial work experience, preferably within the recruitment industry or within the temporary employment industry.
• In addition, has a technical education at a minimum of HBO level, or a commercial education at HBO level, combined with work experience within the technical segment.
• Speaks – given the client portfolio to be edited – fluent Dutch and English.
• Feels drawn to the challenge that there are many opportunities in the market, which can be silver plated. Because he/she is simply good at the job.
• Has a healthy dose of guts and energy and is not afraid to pick up new things and try it out.
• Understands and speaks the language of the interlocutors (such as project managers, production managers, managements) who have different roles and interests in the buying process, so there is the 'click'.
• Likes to work independently on one's own portfolio, but at the same time finds it inspiring and instructive to learn from colleagues and to further develop themselves.
