You and your job
As a Client Support Officer you make a contribution by providing advice to Credit Analysts and Front Office concerning system possibilities and managing and accounting risks. You support the Credit Analyst in the administration of the collateral and covenants. They have all the information and knowledge which is needed to service the Wholesale & Rural Europe & Africa clients and internal stakeholders. The outstanding position is in one of the sector teams servicing for example the Food and Agri, Energy Transition or Project Finance clients.

An average working day
Are you curious about what would be on your to-do list on an average working day? For instance you will ensure all agreed collateral and covenants with customers are accurately reflected in legal documentation and banking systems. You will act as the bridge between front- and back-office, sharing vital information. Additionally, you will monitor and calculate data for daily and monthly insights into client positions, such as borrowing base limits and covenants. Serving as the single point of contact for internal clients on process issues, you will provide answers and resolve complaints. You will also contribute to the department’s change agenda by assisting with system implementations and suggesting improvements for efficiency. In this role, you can make a difference by providing information and managing accounting risks.

You and your talent
- Professional and intellectual ability on university/higher educational level;
- You have banking or financial work experience;
- 1 year of customer support/client facing experience;
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English is required;
- Experience in the analysis of corporate customers and managing deal processes is preferred;
- Knowledge and/or affinity in the areas of lending, structuring complex financing, credit risk management and loan documentation;
- You have an A1/A2 level in Dutch and want to improve it;
- You have a strong analytical capacity are pro-active and have a hands-on mentality with a focus to act as one team and to support and offer the best service to our customers.
