The Role: COCON group is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to support our growing customer excellence team. The ideal candidate has experience in the hospitality industry, however not essential.
What You’ll Do:

Manage Bookings: Handle scheduling for wellness services, ensuring smooth operations for our clients and therapists.
Provide Support: Coordinate with the Operations team, therapists, and partners to guarantee seamless service.
Communicate: Be the key contact for clients through phone, Whats App, email, and social media, ensuring every interaction is positive.
Resolve Issues: Step in when challenges arise, resolving them swiftly with professionalism and empathy.
Customer Relations: Build long-lasting relationships with our clients, delivering personalised and proactive service.
Improve Service: Respond to feedback and reviews, using client insights to drive improvements.
Maintain Data: Ensure customer records are always accurate and up to date.

What We’re Looking For:

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for customer service.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Flexibility to cover shifts, including weekends (part of a rotating schedule).
Fluency in English is a must, Dutch or other languages a bonus.
Experience in hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred but not essential.

Salary, Location & Hours:

€2,000 gross for 32 hours per week, including weekends on a rotating basis.
On-site work from our Amsterdam office.
