Do you want to work at the heart of the organization in the department where you make an important contribution to the satisfaction of our customers?

Job description

In this varied position, you will be the first point of contact for customers who place orders and for logistical questions from customers in support of the sales representatives. You process the orders of a variety of products in our ERP system, keep track of the stock and book transports with our logistics partners. You will work together in a team with four committed colleagues.

Skills: what we expect of you

You have an administrative MBO education or comparable in terms of level and work experience. You have experience with the operation of an ERP system and are excellent with Excel. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and you are commercially minded. You can handle peaks in the amount of work well. Professional Dutch speaking and writing is a requirement.
