THE ROLE
We have got an exciting new opportunity for an EU operations coordinator to join our brand new EU warehouse, based in Amsterdam. This is a brand new role and a brand new warehouse location for our brand! Moving into the EU and partnering with our third party logistics partner, Bleckmann, will enable All Saints to meet its European growth goals.
Working with the Bleckmann team in their office within Enschede Netherlands, you’ll be working closely with the vibrant team for All Saints. You will be working closely with the transport & logistics teams, operations and warehouse teams and liaising back with the team in the UK.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
We have got an exciting new opportunity for an EU operations coordinator to join our brand new EU warehouse, based in Amsterdam. This is a brand new role and a brand new warehouse location for our brand! Moving into the EU and partnering with our third party logistics partner, Bleckmann, will enable All Saints to meet its European growth goals.
Working with the Bleckmann team in their office within Enschede Netherlands, you’ll be working closely with the vibrant team for All Saints. You will be working closely with the transport & logistics teams, operations and warehouse teams and liaising back with the team in the UK.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Liaising with different departments from UK team and NL team, including stores
- Booking shipments in partner portals
- Adding deliveries to the inhouse delivery booking system ready for intake to be accepted into the DC
- Maintaining shipping tracker
- Maintaining intake
- Ensuring picking & shipping SLA’s are met for business and customer orders
- Oversee daily operations across ecommerce, wholesale and store requests, ensuring adherence to company standards
- Monitoring shipments and reporting anomalies or late shipments
- Processing stationery orders for stores, and managing the stationery for ordering and stock checks
- Willing to travel if/when required
- Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, etc.) using this when reporting back to the UK teams
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Team player
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Accuracy is key to this role
- Able to work with people from different cultures and countries
- Communication is key
- Being cost conscious
