You leverage your meticulousness to maintain and optimize the contents of screening lists used to prevent Financial Economic Crime (FEC).

You and your job

Being a gatekeeper to the financial system is easier said than done. It requires cutting-edge detection techniques paired with updated screening lists containing enriched data. As a Data Handler for the List Data Control Center of FEC Tech, you will be responsible for testing and maintaining the list data used to screen our customers, employees & business partners, and large volumes of transactions in real-time. The primary task of your role is to utilise your administrative skills and technical adeptness to facilitate effective and efficient list data management in accordance with Rabobank’s data quality principles and industry standards.
Practical Examples

• You conduct an array of testing activities to ensure the quality of Rabobank’s FEC list data for external and internal lists (mainly Sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons, and Adverse News);
• You integrate, consolidate and cleanse structured and unstructured data for use in multiple screening systems;
• You play a key role in implementing Rabobank’s list management standards and procedures by updating our internal screening lists on a daily basis.

• Administer large and complex data sets for efficient data transfers to multiple FEC screening systems;
• Remediate data quality issues in lists to bolster Rabobank’s screening capabilities;
• Process and keep records of list-related requests, archive list metadata and conduct checks to evaluate the viability of list updates.

You and your talent

• You have prior experience in an administrative role related to data management. Prior knowledge on list management activities or regulatory screening is a distinct advantage
• You are proficient in MS Office (e.g., MS Excel), and are motivated to learn to use various software applications used for list data management
• Overall command of English at C1 level or up is required. Dutch language skills are desirable.
• You have exceptional interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a high-stakes environment, with both complex internal stakeholders as well as regulatory influences
• You have a strong affinity with the Financial and Economic Crime domain, specifically Sanctions, Political Exposed Persons and Adverse News
