Functional Control Engineer Powertrain

Tasks & responsibilities
- Definition and evaluation of top-level requirements for functions related to the powertrain of wind turbines in alignment with other R&D departments, services and sales.
- Setup concepts of wind turbine powertrain functions in cooperation with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Creation of architectures and specifications for the implementation and tests of functions.
- Definition and tracking of deliverables and milestones.
- Interface and progress reporting to project and program teams.
- Coordination of software development with internal and external software developers.

What we ask of you
- Master Degree or Ph D in engineering, e.g. electrical engineering, computer science or mechatronics or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience of control engineering and software development.
- Very good knowledge of power converters and powertrain.
- Experience of project management are of advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills in English.
