Job Description
Position: Functional Manager
Location: Utrecht, Netherlands (Hybrid 2 days onsite a week)
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
Dutch-speaking required
NOTE: Interview will be in Dutch language only.
Job Description:
Together with colleagues from the scrum team, you are responsible for the daily management activities In the event of incidents, you are the linchpin who directs the supplier and communicates with users You help to further improve the management processes You ensure that documentation on the operation of functionality and management processes is in order You perform test activities, for example around incident solutions, but also for the release of new functionality Skills: at least 3 years of experience as a functional manager experience working in an agile organization are proactive and have good communication skills are organized and work in a structured manner Knowledge and experience within the pension sector
(1.) To define and implement clear service level agreements (SLAs) for support operations
(2.) Managing Cost of providing service within budgeted levels
(3.) Ensure process effectiveness and continual service improvement
(4.) Managing risks and escalating appropriately to Sr Management
(5.) Co-ordination with onsite track leads and engaging with Customers
(6.) To guide and coach a team of support specialists, empowering them through trainings and managing their performance.
