Global Internal Communication Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Communications: roll out the communication strategies for retail stores, ensuring that all employees receive timely, relevant, and consistent information about new products, promotions/activations, and store policies.
- Content Creation: Develop and write engaging content for internal platform KEEPHUB and other internal channels and act as a gatekeeper.
- Promotional Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to communicate promotional events and campaigns to store teams, ensuring proper execution at the store level.
- Feedback Collection: Actively ask for feedback to review strategy and approach to target audience.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in communications, preferably within a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and internal communication platforms (Canva, Keephub, Sharepoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various departments.
- A strong bridge builder keeping all interested in mind
- Experience with multi side business is a plus
- Knowledge of the retail industry and familiarity with retail operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools.
