Reach your full potential as a Global Payroll Controller
As an International Payroll Controller, you play a crucial role in managing and optimising our personnel costs, which total more than €150 million. You ensure that these costs comply with local laws and regulations, while actively contributing to the organisation's growth. You achieve this by providing valuable insights into revenue and workforce (FTE) developments. You won’t be doing this alone, but as part of a close-knit, results-driven team.

As an International Payroll Controller, you play a crucial role in managing and optimising our personnel costs, which total more than €150 million. You ensure that these costs comply with local laws and regulations, while actively contributing to the organisation's growth. You achieve this by providing valuable insights into revenue and workforce (FTE) developments. You won’t be doing this alone, but as part of a close-knit, results-driven team.
What will you be doing?
- Preparing salary budgets and managing the payroll budgeting cycle
- Maintaining accurate monthly payroll provisions and analysing payroll costs and balances
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimisations, with continuous monitoring of KPIs
- Driving cost optimisation within the payroll process
- Preparing reports for CSRD and contributing to annual reporting
- Providing insights into relevant salary cost developments and presenting these insights to key stakeholders, including the Executive Board and management
- Ensuring compliance with (local) laws and regulations in collaboration with HR and stakeholders
- Preparing documentation for external and internal audits, including tax reviews
Qualifications

You have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Around 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with payroll in multiple EMEA countries
- Knowledge of and experience with departmental processes and procedures
- Fluent command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Experience in preparing budgets and reports
- Previous work experience in an international environment (preferred)
