As an L&D Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing the learning journey for employees across our national and international teams. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll design, implement, and monitor development programs that foster growth, skill enhancement, and career progression. As an L&D Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing the learning journey for employees across our national and international teams. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll design, implement, and monitor development programs that foster growth, skill enhancement, and career progression. From onboarding new talent to empowering seasoned professionals, your programs will support our mission to stay ahead in the beauty industry.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement creative learning programs tailored to diverse teams in multiple regions.
- Shape our onboarding process to provide a seamless, enriching start for new hires across various departments.
- Partner with departments leads to assess training needs, ensuring all initiatives align with business goals.
- Lead exciting learning projects, utilizing digital tools and platforms to make learning accessible and impactful.
- Measure and evaluate program success, making improvements to drive engagement and skill development.
Qualifications
This is you
- You have 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of training and instructional design.
- You bring energy and creativity to your work, always exploring new ways to engage learners and build impactful programs.
- You’re experienced in a fast-paced, international environment, ideally with a passion for the beauty sector.
- You have excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- People feel comfortable with you, you’re a good listener. You can easily get to the root of the problem.
- You’re skilled in digital learning tools and technologies, using them to create accessible and impactful learning experiences.
- You’re analytical, with the ability to assess training needs and measure success.
- Have a good command of both spoken and written Dutch and English.
