Location : Netherlands, (Amsterdam), Hungary (Budapest), Germany (Mönchengladbach)
As Global Product Implementation Manager GKA you will oversee & effectively coordinate the delivery and management of product-related projects that support GKA branded and non-branded business for the assigned GKA customers.
The delivery of implementation projects will need to maintain organization standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance while using project and portfolio management software to deliver in full, on time and within budget.
The role will be working closely with HVC’s GKA team, category team, IT, manufacturing and Global Marketing.

Own, drive, and execute the BPS process for introducing new SKUs. (stock keeping units)
- Track BPS (new products, product modifications etc).
- Support KAMs (Key Account Managers) with BPS ( business planning sheets/business) process

Oversee the GKA portfolio, maintain it as up today, and adapt to the future in the closest collaboration with:
- Brand Marketing
- Category team

Lens Experts Develop GKA business with assigned GKA customers
- Support existing GKA customers to grow their business by implementing new products and services

Play an active role in the NPD/NPI process and/or own the project lead driving the NPD from (new product dev / new product introductions) from start to finish
- Be part/own of the stage gate process
- Be in close cooperation with the Project Manager of manufacturing sites and local sales entities
- Understand and oversee all implementation steps in the field of systems
- NPI documentation for every new product
- Product master data and product catalog master data
- Forecast, and analytics in preparation for NPD/NPI
- Track and analytics after the launch of new products
- Product implementation roadmaps for the assigned GKA accounts
- support GKA sales teams in the preparation of the Business planning sheets (BPS).
- accountable for the execution of the BPS process and related Product Implementation activities for the assigned GKA accounts.
- ensures smooth product introductions through coordination of the required implementation activities with the key counterparts in IT, supply chain, and factory product implementation.
- support the GKA sales organization related to new product implementation requirements, and product specifications and serve as a subject matter expert that will support sales organization in customer presentations.

- Effectively multi-task and impeccable organization skills and time management skills
- University degree or equivalent work experience of more than 10 years
- Experience with product data systems in production and /or operational settings
- Dedication to details
- IT savvy
- Experience in working with R&D
- Experience in NPI/NPD process
- Speaks English fluently. Other languages are a plus.
- Experience in a matrix organization
- Experience working in a cross-functional and global environment.
- Previous stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the optical industry is a plus
- Optometrist is a plus
- Minimum of 5+ years in a management position is a plus
- Experience in a country organization and/or a global organization is a plus
