Your new Role

• From the start, take responsibility for improving existing processes and workflows and challenge the status quo with a focus on efficiency
• Lead the nationwide refurbishment department in the Netherlands with over 30 employees and further expand our production sites
• Identify and utilize KPIs to take concrete actions for more efficient and effective vehicle refurbishment, such as optimizing our capacities by expanding our partner network
• Take on capacity planning and design processes at our locations in close collaboration with the on-site teams and our headquarters in Amsterdam & Berlin
• Support projects such as the establishment of new refurbishment centers

Your Skills

• A very dynamic, resilient personality with good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Great enthusiasm for working in a fast-growing company and relevant professional experience in a startup or fast-paced corporate environment, ideally in operations, business development, production, logistics, or management consulting
• You enjoy working in an agile environment with short decision-making paths, like having a direct impact, and are looking for exciting challenges
• With your independent and appreciative leadership qualities, you are a motivated team player with a can-do attitude
• You communicate fluently in both written and spoken Dutch and English
