HR Generalist

Your focus is on streamlining HR processes and supporting the local organization with HR advice and guidance. You work with the full 'HR palette' within the NL organization. As an enthusiast, you are a spider in the web and the first point of contact for HR-related questions from managers and employees.
What will you be doing?
- Daily HR operations
- Payroll administration for sales offices in the Netherlands
- Support management in all HR matters using knowledge of local employment legislation
- Roll out and implement HR policies
- Support in improving employee relations
- HR reporting – ensuring HR systems are up to date and accurate
- Employee training and development (sustainable employability)
- Advice and service to management on performance issues
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Support, guide and work on HR projects
- Report internally and externally
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 3-5 years of experience in HR in an international environment
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures
- Insight into HR best practices and current laws and regulations
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented attitude, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, HR systems and payroll systems
- Knowledge of legislation regarding absenteeism (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter)
- Knowledge of the Dutch and English language in speech and writing, German is a plus.
