Our ambitious domestic and international growth plans require an expansion of marketing leadership team, and as Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in realizing Urban Gym Group’s growth objectives.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our fitness company on an interim basis. This role will focus on providing seniority and support to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the design, optimization, and documentation of business processes. Your expertise will help challenge and elevate the team to achieve the most efficient and effective process outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with the SMEs to build a thorough and aligned test plan that ensures the designed processes are functional and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and steer SMEs in process design (1-1/small group basis), mapping, and documentation, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop and refine processes that align with business objectives.
• Assist in building comprehensive test plans that align with the designed processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and validation of process flows, controls, and key decision points.

Objective:
To bring in senior expertise to foster a high level of process design maturity and ensure that the fitness company’s operations are streamlined and scalable, backed by solid test planning.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and documentation.
• The ability to challenge and mentor SMEs.
• Experience in test plan creation and process validation.
• Highly desirable if you have industry experience (fitness/hospitality).
