We are seeking a junior influencer campaign manager to work within our influencer marketing division. You will assist our team in executing influencer campaigns for Scooperz’ portfolio of clients that span beauty, fashion, luxury, technology, lifestyle and food.
Social media holds no secrets for you, as scrolling through Instagram and following the latest trends on Tik Tok is part of your daily routine.

Your day-to-day

• Work on multiple facets of influencer marketing projects including campaign management, day-to-day contact with clients, monitoring campaigns and reporting
• Source influencers for campaigns including negotiation of deliverables, fees and set up of contracts, in consultation with the influencer marketing team
• Create and maintain campaign calendars
• Monitor, measure and report campaign performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Forging positive and fruitful relationships with clients, influencers and talent managers
• Assist the influencer marketing team in day-to-day operations including meeting set-up, invoice processing, tracking results
• Stay on top of trends in the influencer marketing space

About you

This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term career in Influencer marketing, with the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading brands and digital talent.
We are looking for someone who is on top of trends in influencer marketing and willing to learn in this quickly evolving space. You are based in the Netherlands or Belgium and you are fluent in Dutch or French and English.

• Experience in influencer marketing at an agency is a pre
• Knowledge of social media platforms from a business and consumer perspective and on top of the influencer marketing trends
• Bachelor or university degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, public relations, or communications, and/or have equivalent work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch / French
• Works well under pressure and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Solutions-oriented, collaborative with an eye for details
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Eagerness to learn and grow in influencer marketing
• Actively asks for feedback and shows interest in learning & growing
• Proactive, driven and ambitious
