Job Title: Lab Analyst

Location: Assen, Netherland

We have an incredible opportunity for a Lab Analyst to join the team in Assen, Netherlands.

The Role:

Routine sample processing with different techniques.
Interpreting and data processing/reporting results and approve or reject sample analysis.
Identifying deviations and performing investigation under supervision of a lab analyst level 3 or higher.
Performs (peer) data review for quality control.
Has a thorough understanding and complies with Gx P and other appropriate regulations.
Identifies and reports irregularities identified with any aspects of work.
Economically utilizes materials in operation of daily tasks.
Ensures on-time task completion to support the overall goal of on-time study completion.
Assists in the organization and housekeeping of the laboratory Training lab analyst level 1 (before a level 1 lab analyst can train, the lab analyst needs to have minimum 1 year of experience).
In study planning (daily basis).
Understands the scientific principles behind analysis methods utilized.
Familiar with the technique: ELISA or Flow Cytometry

What you will need:

Knowledgeable of Bioanalytical or clinical laboratory processes.
Very detail oriented and performs few mistakes even when performing routine or repetitive tasks.
Applies process and systems to routine.
Uses existing techniques to prepare samples for instrument analysis.
Performs specific and routine sample analysis.
Solves routine issues. May seek assistance to resolve more complex and difficult issues.
Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause reprocessing of samples potentially leading to missed milestones, study failure and subject safety (in case of clinical chemistry lab).
Excellent communication skills in Dutc and English
