Job Title: Learning and Development Intern – Digital Content Creation

Location: Edisonstraat 9, 5928 PG Venlo

Duration: Full-time Internship

About the Role:

Are you a student passionate about digital content creation, project management, educational technology, or any other field that involves creative thinking and design? We have an exciting opportunity for two students to join our Learning and Development team at Belden!

In this hands-on role, you will be part of a project focused on digitalizing training content, gaining valuable experience in content development, project management, and working with innovative educational technologies. Whether you’re studying communications, media, instructional design, psychology, or another field, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your skills to design engaging, learner-centered training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and digitalize training materials.
Use your expertise to develop engaging and effective learner-centered content.
Support the project lifecycle, including planning, development, and implementation.
Utilize educational technology tools to enhance training programs.
Assist in evaluating content effectiveness through learner feedback and performance data.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Digital Content Creation, Educational Technology, Psychology, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field.
Interest in content development, learning design, or educational technology.
Creativity and a passion for improving learning experiences.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with educational technology tools is a plus.
