CAPACITY PLANNER
Place: Venlo
Type: Fulltime, onsite
Level: Medior
You will make an impact in the following way:
- Je plant de middel- en langetermijnproductie op basis van beschikbare machine- en operatorcapaciteiten.
- Beheer doorlooptijden en initieer tegenmaatregelen om klantleveringen te waarborgen, met behulp van ERP- en VMI-systemen.
- Onderzoek en communiceer over gevraagde (project)orders om een soepele verwerking te garanderen.
- Communiceer en werk samen met productie, klantenservice, verkoop en productmanagement.
- Dagelijkse monitoring en aanpassing van het productieplan, met prioriteitsstelling om de bevestigde leverdata te halen.
What you will bring:
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden – In staat om logistieke voortgang en prestaties te rapporteren.
- Kennis van ERP- en VMI-systemen – Ervaring in het gebruik van deze tools om de productieplanning te optimaliseren.
- Beheer van doorlooptijden – Bewezen vermogen om doorlooptijden effectief te beheren en te behouden.
- Samenwerkingsgerichte mentaliteit – Werkt goed samen met inkoop om MIBA-niveaus te handhaven en een soepele werking te waarborgen.
- Klantgericht – Zorgt voor tijdige realisatie van bevestigde klantorders met de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.
