Job description:
A Logistics Assistant interacts with internal departments, carriers and customers. Planning of transport, trucks and shipments are daily tasks. Contact with customers about shipments and control shipment deliveries.Your main focus will be:
· Handling orders from customer;
· Planning transport with carriers;
· Contact with Warehouse about stock;
· Booking shipments in system;
· Monthly cost closing;
· Create monthly or weekly reports;
· Contact with external parties.
Competences:
· Fluent in English, verbally & written;
· Good with Excel, Power Point;
· Innovative, accurate, analytic;
· Good communication skills;
· Customer orientated.
Profile:
· Experience with administrative tasks;
· Work under pressure;
· Team player;
· A healthy dose of humour.
