As a .NET Software Developer, your mission is to develop high-quality software solutions that meet internal and external requirements. You collaborate with your team to translate business needs into efficient, usable code, while also documenting and testing your work. Your focus is on maintaining the highest standards of service while contributing to the continuous improvement of our in-house systems.
We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but passionate about coding and system development. If you're a clear communicator, proactive problem-solver, and thrive in a collaborative team, we want you on board!

We expect our employees to be present at one of our offices in the Netherlands (Roosendaal, Rotterdam, Eindhoven or Nijmegen) at least 3 days a week. Since the rest of the IT-team is located in Roosendaal, we prefer to have you there once a week as well. Working from abroad is not an option.

This is what you like to do

• Develop and maintain custom-built systems, contributing to bi-weekly release cycles.
• Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback to fellow developers.
• Refactor code to improve performance and reduce technical debt, without compromising functionality.
• Tackle daily issues by deciding between quick fixes or long-term solutions, ensuring that the backlog is reduced.
• Translate user stories into clear development tasks and create unit tests accordingly.
• Proactively suggest improvements in architecture and system design to the IT Manager or Team Lead.

This is you

• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience with front-end and/or back-end systems.
• You have strong knowledge of C#, SQL, and .NET Core.
• You have solid knowledge of Azure Dev Ops.
• You have knowledge of Microservices, Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• You think and work in an Agile way.
• You are communicative, analytical, and well-organized.

• Salary, of course. Classification depends on work experience and education level, ranging from €48.000 to €58.000 gross per year based on a fulltime employment contract (incl. holiday allowance)
