The role:
Daily duties: As a Technical Order Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to support the Sales Engineering department.
Team: You will work directly with another colleague and of course you will be closely involved with the team of Sales Engineers.


Your tasks:

• Order entry in the ERP system and distribution of required documentation.
• Checking outgoing quotations for layout, numbering, spelling and totals.
• Ensuring correct signing of quotations and other relevant documentation.
• Sending and archiving quotations according to established procedures.
• Preparing data for reporting purposes.

To be successful as a Technical Order Administration Specialist, you have the following education, experience and attributes:

• You have a mbo degree in an administrative field.
• You have 2 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong skills in Excel and numerical understanding. You are also familiar with other Office programmes.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
• You can work independently, but also in a team. You are flexible, meticulous and have a good eye for processes.
