Eye On collaborates with partners who are on one hand technology and platform providers for solutions in supply chain planning, and on the other hand can be services and solutions providers that Eye On collaborates with. Our goal is to further strengthen these alliances and collaborations. And that’s where you come in.
As partner manager at Eye On you will foster strong relationships and collaborations with each partner. You will understand their unique capabilities and will coordinate joint initiatives (go to market), manage partner performance by an operating rhythm including key success metrics, and facilitate communication to ensure projects stay on track. And ensure we get the full potential of successful implementations. Additionally, you will identify new opportunities for collaboration, address challenges, and leverage insights to optimize supply chain processes, ultimately driving value for both clients and partners.
From a more strategic and tactical perspective you will define partner selection procedures and create growth and business plans with our partners and execute on those as part of agreed and committed budgets.
Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with our partners
• Make sure Eye On is top of mind with our partners by continuously demonstrating our capabilities
• Manage partner performance management, including key success metrics
• Make our business grow with our partners: create joint growth plans
• Define partner selection procedures
• Lead opportunity management and lead tracking
• Understand customer requirements and participate in the sales process where required
• Lead marketing initiatives, together with partners
• Frequent visiting of our global partners (US, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands)

Your profile

• Higher education (HBO/University)
• 8+ years of experience
• Disciplined and structured
• Appetite for travelling
• A great communicator, relationship builder, and commercially sensitive
• You make impact
• Supply chain knowledge is a big plus
