The Domain
COO Risk delivers baseline and change activities for the Risk Organization. As part of the COO Risk, we are closely aligned with domains that are actively involved the modelling work.

Roles and responsibilities
In your role as Personal Assistant, you will support the so-called ‘Air Traffic Control Team’ [focused at tribe and domain overarching work] and the Data Tribe. The location of this position is Amsterdam (Haarlerbergpark & Bijlmerdreef). It is important that you are (digitally) visible and approachable. That you feel actively involved and act proactively.

• Agenda management - Daily scheduling of appointments and proactively maintaining the agenda. Assess priority, sensitivity, and purpose of appointment
  
• Perform various administrative duties
  
• Make travel / accommodation arrangements
  
• Supporting the arrangement and planning of events

Furthermore, you have:

• Experience in a similar role as Personal Assistant
  
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language is essential and you are currently residing in the Netherlands
  
• You master the most used office programs and applications such as MS Office, Workday from the start or shortly after.
  
• You are able to prioritize and work efficiently
  
• You can work independently and solving problems through your solution-oriented attitude
  
• You build networks easily with other PA’s to effective and efficient.
  
• You can manage cultural differences and handle highly sensitive and confidential information
