About The Position
The person is expected to become an essential part of the Procurement Excellence team and will be our go-to-person by supporting the team with solving issues with a high focus on business satisfaction and delivering best-in-class service. The team consist of 3 people based in Amsterdam however the internal customers are based all over the world.
You will have great opportunity to learn Procurement Processes and systems as well you can gather knowledge on E2E business processes.

You are either a new graduate or have some years of relevant experience, equipped with strong communication and critical thinking skills that reflect your analytical mindset. Your proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP or Ariba is highly advantageous. You possess a strong work ethic, demonstrating resilience under pressure and a knack for finding creative solutions to problems. Your attention to detail and organizational drive are second to none, and you gain energy from precision. With a digital-savvy approach and an interest in PC gaming, you contribute effectively to advancing the team's digital agenda. Most importantly, you are a great team player who isn't afraid to have tough conversations to ensure accountability is maintained both internally and externally. Your agility, flexibility, autonomy, and ability to influence make you a valuable contributor.

- Focus on process optimization, initiate and execute changes in the S2P process.
- Report & communicate, develop regular reports and other communication to stakeholders.
- Train and develop, provide training and support on tools techniques, and methodologies.
- Work on digitalization tools like E-sourcing (Ariba)
- Participate in big projects
