Responsibilities:
Main customers are OEMs buying directly and at our strong partner network. This means that your approach will need to be pro-active towards our OEMs and partner network in order to position the portfolio against competition and win big projects. You also act a as business developer for our Motion & Robotics solutions by continuously looking for new segments and applications based on our unique value proposition, combining hardware and software.
Partner management is crucial to building strong relationships with our Motion & Robotics partners for a strong go-to-market strategy. You will also work closely together with our Center of Excellence in Gent (Belgium) at our partner Automotion NV.
Activities that belong to this are:
- Be the strategic brand ambassador and product champion of our integrated industrial robotics portfolio internally and externally, by assuring your product range is well-positioned on Schneider Electric and partner media, and value propositioning is well-understood by sales, PAE and customers/partners.
- Offer Data Management (PIM, Forecast, Pricing), preparation and implementation of product launches/withdrawals and corresponding updates in close cooperation with sales, customers and all other stakeholders.

Intensive contact with existing & new OEMs/partners to collect market intelligence on the basis of which targeted markets will be mapped and analyzed in such a way that new growth initiatives will be developed, possibly including newly developed business models.
Work together with Partners, Sales, pre-Sales and Pricing departments in such a way that the Motion & Robotics portfolio under your responsibility will be positioned competitively for maximized growth and through that add value to Schneider Electric’s customers & partners. - You are expected to maintain contacts with the relevant colleagues within the worldwide Schneider Electric organization in such a way that you will remain up-to-date on all developments relevant to you and in appropriate cases you will make an on-site appointment elsewhere in Europe in case this is needed for the commercial success within the scope of your responsibilities.
- For internal Be Ne cluster related appointments and meetings like periodic Sales Meetings, annual strategic planning meetings and other internal meetings with colleagues within the Be Ne cluster, you are expected to be present, irrespective of the meeting location within the country borders of Belgium and Netherlands.
- We are looking to speak with for a skilled marketing leader with business development skills who thrives in an environment in constant evolution, has an entrepreneur(se) mindset and can accelerate growth by taking ownership.

- Strong organization & strategic skills are part of your DNA and will contribute to achieve ambitious goals. You are eager to win but also connect, be on the field and build bridges between customers, partners and our organization.
- Ideally you have a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing (or similar), with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in an industrial environment.
- You are fluent in Dutch & English; French (Pre-requisitte).
- You are mobile to work from both our entities in Belgium and the Netherlands.
