As our Professional Services Engagement Manager, you will be the primary client liaison on consulting engagements, manage project delivery from contract through to invoicing, and work closely with our clients to ensure successful, on-time, and within-budget project outcomes.

- Serve as the primary client liaison, handling all aspects of consulting engagements
- Triage and manage service requests, create Statements of Work (SOW), secure necessary approvals, and obtain signed Purchase Orders
- Coordinate resource scheduling, manage scope, schedule, and budget
- Approve timesheets, trigger invoicing, and oversee project closure
- Liaise closely with Legal Counsel on contracts and ensure all client requirements are met with accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude
- Experience: 3+ years in a Customer Success or similar role, with 5+ years in Professional Services or Presales
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Saa S/Enterprise Software Solutions and/or financial or intelligent automation
- Languages: Fluent Dutch and business-level English
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to build credibility quickly at the executive level
