About this opportunity:
For our Service Delivery Support team within Ericsson Netherlands we are currently looking for a Project Support Professional!
Our Team is the binding factor between our external partners and the Ericsson technical teams with which we keep the ‘Ericsson spirit’ alive. The Team consists of enthusiastic team members in Maastricht, Service Delivery manager and team members in India that together enjoy supporting our customers on their best.
We receive, route, and support customer requests & projects for excellent execution and delivery. Report on progress & financials on regular bases and keep track of timelines and quality for external and internal purposes is part of our service.
As a Project Support Professional you will work closely together with your colleagues, but also with key persons within the organization of our customer. Of course, you bring knowledge and or experience in project planning. But more important is your ability to maintain a good working relation with all stakeholders, internal as well as external. Communication skills and stakeholder management is key. Maintaining contact with several parties, and making sure agreements are met, are part of your job. You will be working with Ericsson tools for tracking and reporting and will be seen as an expert working with these tools. Your critical eye for process and tooling improvements is your second nature.
The job will be done at the Ericsson offices, from home, but also at the customer premises.

• Continuously support the project team through all project phases of the project by applying accurate project processes, methods, and tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues internally as well as the external customer organizations.
• Analyze and keep track on achievements and KPIs, to ensure that Service Delivery goals are met. Identify negative trends before they lead to service degradation.
• Support the preparation of project budgets, time plans, risk and organisational change, as well as resource planning. Control and monitor the information management within the project.
• Track customer offers / orders and support the data management. Prepare governance reviews and write project documentation and reports. Create and optimize project data in the relevant project tools.
• Connect to the Group's global network and contribute to the creation of best practices, simplification, and automation processes.

• You have got a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management / Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, or comparable field of study.

- Nice to have - some work experience, preferably in project support / business administration.

• You are a great teammate with superb communication skills and like to work proactively, independently, and solution oriented. You are committed to make a difference and to take on responsibility.
