We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Poeldijk, Netherlands.
As a QA Specialist (Junior/Medior), you will strengthen our Quality Assurance team and play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management system (QMS). You will work closely with various departments to ensure our products meet all quality and food safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
- QMS support: Assist in maintaining and improving our quality management system.
- Supply Chain Compliance: Approve suppliers and review supplier documentation.
- Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure all processes comply with established standards.
- GMP/Inspection rounds: Perform GMP inspection rounds to check compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Training: Develop and deliver training sessions to increase quality awareness among employees.
- External Audits assistance: Assist in guiding external audits.
- KPI reporting/trend analysis: Prepare KPI reports and perform trend analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Quality Improvement Projects: Execute projects aimed at quality improvement and enhancing food safety & quality culture within the organization.
- Education: Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Quality Management, or a similar field.
- Skills: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Language: Fluent in Dutch and English
- Personality: Proactive, result-oriented, and a team player.
