Our teams of specialized inventory employees count and register the entire customer stock. To ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, we are looking for a capable person who is good with people, knows how to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the count and also ensures good vibes in the team.
What you do
As a Supervisor/Teamleader, you will work at various locations throughout the Netherlands. You have the great responsibility to ensure that the entire count is coordinated as well as possible. A good result must be important to you and you will work independently. You will lead teams of 5 to 15 people and that is why we are looking for someone who can motivate, coach and guide teams where necessary. We are looking for someone who can find a good balance between fun at work and driven by productivity. Personal development and the development of your team must be important to you so that ultimately every employee can provide the quality that we and our customers are looking for. During your role as supervisor, you must also maintain good contact with the customer. We are therefore looking for someone who is representative.
Your tasks.

• 90% of the working hours are between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM (this includes travel time), so you will mainly work in the afternoon and evening hours.
• Coordinating the entire inventory at various customers.
• Leading, coaching and motivating employees.
• Keeping busy with productivity because this is our revenue model.
• Maintaining good contact with the customer during the count.

• Gross starting salary of €2706,- per month based on 34 hours a week (including 8% holiday allowance)
• A company car to travel to the locations with the option for private use.
• A meal allowance based on the number of kilometers driven per day. With full-time work you can expect this to be added to your salary around 200 to 300 euros net per month.
• Quarterly bonus system in which a bonus is calculated based on your performance.

Who are we looking for
We are looking for a supervisor who would like to work in a service-oriented company with a healthy dose of dynamism. We are also looking for someone who has no problem with irregular working hours and who does not mind working in the evenings. We are also looking for someone who:

• Has a driver's license.
• Is a problem solver.
• Physically in good condition.
• Good communication skills with a good command of the English language.
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, reliable person with strong leadership qualities.
• Has no problem with weekend shifts, evening shifts and occasionally an early morning shift.
• Has MBO work and thinking level.
• Can deal with time and target related pressure.
