In the cybersecurity market, offering services to permanently ensure security, performance and resilience of our customers’ critical information systems and industrial infrastructure to guarantee their digital sovereignty in a constantly evolving cyber threat environment. Senior HR Business Partner
to join our team.
About the job
In this role, you will drive the people agenda enabling the delivery of the business strategy and foster a performance & growth culture. As a trusted partner, you will work with business leaders to ensure people initiatives help the business to attract, develop, engage and retain employees through talent management practices, organizational development and leading change management and employee engagement activities. To achieve this, you will collaboratively work with the HR Centers of Expertise (COE) and HR Shared Services to deliver HR programs and support. You will also be a member of the MT SIX and MT CDS NL. As add on to this, you will also coordinate the HR activities for our global DIS business in Amersfoort and Breda.

This position will require successfully completing a background check.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Drive the key HR initiatives as worked out in our Netherlands people roadmap and the associated action plans related to topics such as Learning Culture, Wellbeing, Talent & Performance, DE&I and Strategic Workforce Planning.

Identify and build leadership and technical capability and growth of a talent pipeline aligned to business strategy in partnership with the leadership team and managers in Huizen.

Demonstrate and apply a structured and measurable approach to leading change within the business.

Coach, challenge and advise the leadership team and managers to ensure business objectives are delivered.
-
Influence business decision-making to ensure HR issues and risk are considered systematically at the earliest possible point.

Active involvement in the hiring process for critical positions to ensure hiring of profile and skillset aligned with business needs.

Provide data-driven insights to the leadership team and relevant HR function that underpin the business and people strategy.

Work closely with the Works Council on topics such as organization design and people policies.
Why you'd be a good match
You have/are
-
10 or more years of relevant Human Resources experience, primarily as a strategic HR Business Partner and, including experience supporting senior management and their direct reports/leadership teams, going through a change.
-
Strong business and HR acumen, including outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking and self-initiative - has a track record on delivering commitments.
-
Broad experience and understanding in the field of HR – you’ve worked also in a Co E (Talent Acquisition, Talent, Learning and Culture) and have led cross functional HR projects.
-
Capable and willing to translate strategy into more tactical, operational actions and support for the business.
-
an energetic, pragmatic team player who demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and a high degree of flexibility and stamina.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
