For our new Maison Sisley Amsterdam (estimated opening March 2025) we are searching as per January 1, 2025 an experienced Beauty Therapist.
The Beauty Therapist will ensure the promotion of the Sisley products and treatments by providing high-end services and retail excellence.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ?
Advise and sell the treatment methods and the Sisley products
- Perform Sisley treatments in cabin in compliance with the protocols taught by the Brand (manual and technology protocols)
- Perform complimentary services (Skincare, Make-Up, Hair Rituel) in the retail area to offer experiential moments and drive to cabin
- Ensure perfect cabin and customer path taught by the Brand
- Establish personalized experiences and beauty prescriptions
- Offer smart and personalized sampling
- Promote the Sisley loyalty program
- Build client loyalty by introducing the novelties of the Brand
- Recruit new clients
- Extend the advice and complementary sales
- Carry out the phoning on the client files
- Build loyalty for a high cabin occupation rate and after treatment sales conversion rate
- Assist the Maison Shop Manager for different projects during events (PR, VIP clients, etc.)
- Contribute to the proper maintenance of the Maison (stock storage, clean-ups, laundry management, etc.)
- Assist the Maison Sisley Shop Manager in administrative tasks and appointments scheduling
- Fill a detailed weekly report
- Diploma Beautician
- Perfect in Dutch and English
- At least 3 years of experience within the cosmetics/beauty industry preferable as a beautician
- Residing in or near Amsterdam and available as from January 1, 2025;
- Motivated and positive attitude
- Hospitable, service-oriented and very customer-friendly
- Commercially minded and result oriented
- Competitive salary, depending on knowledge level and experience
- 24 days of holiday (based on fulltime position)
- Travel allowance

- Temporary contract with the option to extend
- Available for at least 24 hours a week
- Job based in in the centre of Amsterdam
- Residing in or near Amsterdam
