YOUR ROLE
· As a supervisor / team leader (m/f/d) you lead and motivate your small team of employees
· You coordinate your team and are responsible for employee scheduling
· You create the shift planning and vacation planning in close coordination with the logistics manager
· You are responsible for planning and prioritizing tasks
· You ensure the smooth processing of orders
· You ensure a high delivery and quality performance on a daily basis
· You maintain and monitor our warehouse stock
YOUR PROFILE
· You have completed training and have initial professional experience in the field of logistics or already have experience as a team leader / supervisor / shift leader
· Goal-oriented, independent and punctual working style
· Experience in managing employees is desirable
· You are organized, reliable, flexible and assertive
· Willingness to work early and late shifts
· (no night shift, no weekend work)
· You can speak English well and have a good knowledge of German or Dutch
