Our People team currently consists of a People & Culture Manager, a People Operations Coordinator, and a Recruiter. With big plans on the horizon, we're now seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to elevate and professionalize our recruitment function.

As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own and manage the full recruitment life cycle. From managing inbound applications and sourcing top talent to leading the candidate journey through interviews and offers—you'll be a key figure in ensuring we bring in the right people to fuel our growth along with our Corporate Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and shape a structured hiring process and provide valuable insights based on the data that you collected.
• Draft and post engaging job vacancies on our website and Linked In.
• Source and screen candidates, assessing CVs and conducting interviews.
• Be the point of contact for external recruitment agencies and manage those relationships effectively.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Deliver offers to candidates and master the negotiations.
• Educate your stakeholders on the importance of establishing smooth recruitment processes, constructive feedback in interview processes and other recruitment related processes and procedures.

Required skills

• HBO-level education or equivalent.
• 4+ years of recruitment experience in tech/Saa S companies (agency or in-house).
• 1+ year of experience as a lead or business partner in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and preferably one other EU language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of organization and multitasking abilities.
• Persuasive and proactive, with a passion for finding top talent.
• Ability to multitask
