The objective of this graduation assignment is to develop and implement a detailed reporting system for working capital KPIs, such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), and Days Inventory Outstanding (DOI). These reports should be available not only at the company level per period but also at deeper levels such as region, supplier/product, and product level. The obtained data will be analysed to make recommendations for optimizing working capital.
