- coordinating travel arrangements.
- managing meeting and session schedules.
- providing support with HR processes.

- monitoring and managing diaries and emails.
- workshop and event management and providing support to students and teaching staff.
Your skills and experience/Kā pūkeka me kā wheako
You are a clear and effective communicator with excellent time management skills and a strong customer service focus. As an effective collaborator, you bring people together and build trusting partnerships with others. Your keen eye for detail and critical thinking supports problem-solving and decision-making. Importantly, you value work ethic and thrive as a professional in an environment that requires sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
- Experience in transactional finance processes.
- A self-starter attitude and a desire to continually learn and grow.
- Dedication to working in a culturally safe and respectful manner and demonstrates an understanding and appreciation of Te Ao Māori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles, and Pasifika values.
