We are looking for a Change Manager to build and develop the Change Management capability across Orion to advance our change disciplines ensuring they are pragmatic and fit-for-purpose. You will be an expert in your field where change is what you live and breathe. You'll understand project mechanics, stakeholder analytics, where you can facilitate change adoption solutions while exploring ways to ensure a more user-focused and sustainable capability to current and future projects.
This is an exciting new role to Orion where you will face challenges along the way, you'll be the bridge across the business as we build maturity, capability and implementation of solutions.

The role
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans ensuring successful adoption of new technology, solutions and business processes
- Collaborate across the wider business to identify change impacts, assess readiness and develop effective strategies and detailed change management roadmaps
- Develop and facilitate training programs and workshops to support smooth change transitions and implementations
- Monitor and evaluate on-going effectiveness through feedback, reporting and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Act as a trusted advisor providing insights and guidance on managing change while managing resistance and addressing challenges
- A significant depth of experience in Change Management roles (preferably in technology-driven programs or projects) with a relevant Bachelors degree
- Change Management Certification (Prosci, ACMP CCMP of equivalent) is highly desired
- Natural ability to connect with others where you can convey information and ideas to various audiences
- Proven track record delivering successful change initiatives within large-scale and complex programs
- Experience across change management tools and techniques, roadmaps, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments
- A curious, pro-active and positive approach with the ability to think outside the box
