The role:
We have a vacancy available for an enthusiastic Civil Construction Worker to join our Dunedin based team. The main purpose of the role is to work as directed on manual labouring duties within our Electrical Distribution Division. You will work alongside our qualified and experienced linesmen and cable jointers exposing you to a fascinating industry – this is an ideal opportunity to learn and grow within the role and to contribute to significant projects within the area.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience general labouring (in a contracting environment or within the electrical or civils industry will be considered highly advantageous);
- Has had experience with a variety of machine operation (advantageous);
- Has a demonstrated Health & Safety focus;
- Enjoys working outside in all weather;
- Physically fit;
- Has a proven record of being a team player;
- Current full clean Class 1 drivers' license (Class 2 highly advantageous).
