Mō te tūranga | About the Role
This role is a key contributor within the Process Centre of Excellence. This team is responsible for driving process visibility, process standards, process ownership and process improvement across Westpac NZ. We are after a person who has the capability to work with the business to implement and coach best practice process standards, but also work with our data and insights team to develop reporting capability around process performance. We also need capability to provide insights on how work is performed and how we could do it better.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

Experience in working in a complex banking organisation either as a full time employee or a consulting role
Demonstrated experience with data collection and data mapping through to generating process insights
Process Mining expertise with complex data sets
Experience working in a process role driving Organisational best practice
Ability to work across multiple stakeholder levels from Senior Management through to subject matter experts
Ability to collaborate and work closely as part of a team and also the ability to work independently
