We're seeking a dedicated Global Payments Operations Consultant to ensure exceptional customer service and accuracy in processing various payment functions.
This role involves managing international and domestic payments, solving complex issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver efficient and risk-aware payment solutions.

• Provide superior customer service within service levels and cut-off times.

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of payment processes and systems.

• Contribute to team improvement and support a positive risk culture.

• Coach and develop team members while maintaining the integrity of payment products and services.

• Liaise with external parties and support growth and innovation initiatives.

Your demonstrated ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment

• Technically savvy and able to learn and utilise various ASB systems quickly

• Great numerical skills and a keen eye for detail is essential

• The ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing is essential

• You will also need to be a team player with the ability to think outside the box to solve unique problems
